Learn to Skate Class

When: Saturdays 6:30-7pm with 7-10pm session and rentals included

Cost: $8

Info: This class is intended for brand new skaters - children and adults both welcome. You will learn the basics of balance and movement on skates. This can be taken once, or you can return to advance through the first level that usually takes an average of four classes.

 

Advanced Class

When: Saturdays 6-7pm with 7-10pm session and rentals included

Cost: $8

Info: After completing Level 1 or the equivalent in skills, the advancing beginner class will help skaters get to the next levels in skill with a half hour practice time at the end of the group lesson.

 

Awards and Certificates:

  Two beginning level tests called Super Skater Awards are available from the Roller Skating Association at the completion of certain skills. Each test is $3 and the student will receive a medal pin award for the first and a medal pin award and a certificate for the second.

 

Skating Club

   Mr. Courtney is gathering interest in skaters who wish to pursue roller skating as a sport activity, both youth and adult.
